Our Motor Engineers

About Our Motor Engineers

Our experienced motor engineers, Justin and David, are more than straightforward car mechanics. They are car enthusiasts with analytical brains who love getting to the bottom of any motor vehicle problem.

Justin and David have a wall full of qualifications and our newest motor engineer, Lukasz, passed his level three motor technician City & Guilds in 2022. Read on to find out more about the team.

All our motor engineers have a great skill for explaining complicated problems in easy to understand terms. You won’t get any confusing car jargon from them. Unless you really want it of course.

David Hands, Senior Technician and Motor Engineer

David is our senior technician who particularly loves the computing side of modern cars. David also did his apprenticeship at Garrick Motors with Garth and Rick. Because they trained with the same mentors, Justin and David work extremely well together. Sometimes it’s like one person with four hands in our workshop!

Qualifications

David has also studied and passed City and Guilds examinations to level three.

Trivia

David is also a Liverpool FC fan, but is less vocal about it than Justin. David has an exceptional analytical mind who loves to build, mend. He was that child who took everything to pieces to see how it worked and always managed to put it back together again.
